To ensure the well-being of other guests, only children over 9 years of age are welcome at Aromata Restaurant.
Our online booking system allows you to check availability, make your reservation. If the restaurant is already complete on the desired date, the calendar will appear white.
Your table will be stored up to 20 minutes after the reservation time. After this time the reservation will be considered as NO SHOW and the automatic system will release its table to yield to other diners.
At night, Aromata is transformed and wrapped up into special magic, Andreu Genestra and his team offer you a very attractive and varied proposal: “Aromata Tasting Menu”, the ‘Sentits‘ Menu, and the ‘Verd‘ menu (vegetarian), in addition to the a la carte.
A taste sampling menu which we combine with wines from our wine cellar.
Both the tasting menus and the a la carte menu are served on Saturday and Sunday at noon, and on Tuesday to Saturday evenings..
We want to bring the best of high quality gastronomy to everyone. This is our aim, this is why every midday we offer a menu and ‘a la carte’ which has the best products with this product we are able to travel all over the island.
Both Midday Aromata Menu and ‘a la carte’ are served from Monday to Friday (except holidays).
The Hotel HM Palma Blanc is the new location of Andreu Genestra’s Aromata restaurant, located in the heart of Palma.
