Matías Stump

With Argentine nationality but Mallorquin from the bottom of his heart studied. He studied kitchen at the Institute of Son Servera (Mallorca).
He has worked in the kitchens of Roca Moo and Roca Bar (by El Celler de Can Roca), Ten’s by Jordi Cruz and Dos Prebots in Barcelona. He made the leap to the Vasco country and he was tanned on the stoves of restaurant AMELIA. And then, he was signed by the brothers Ferran and Albert Adria for the restaurant Heart of Ibiza and Circo del Sol.

He became member of the staff of Andreu Genestra in 2018 as sous chef. Since November 2019 he is the chef of Aromata.
