Is the hall manager of the Aromata.
He started his professional path in the bar of the Café Capuchino, in Sant Miquel Street in Palma.
He worked in different café Capuchinos from the Capuchino Group for 5 years such as the cafeteria in the Paseo Maritimo in Palma and in the Japanese restaurant Tahina in Portals Nous, Majorca, where he was head barman.
Joan Pau left the island to work in Zaragoza where he worked in one of the oldest cafeterias, (Gran Café Zaragoza) capital “Maña” (inhabitants from Zaragoza).
Later he travelled to Ireland, where he worked as a waiter in the Hotel Fitzpatrick´s Castle.
When he returned to Majorca, he was employed as the Maître in the Nassau Beach Club (Portixol).
