Jaume Oriach

Mallorca. 1988

Is the chef at Aromata. Studied at the school of Hotel Catering and Tourism in Barcelona.

Years later he travelled to London where he worked in the kitchens of the Royal Opera House and The Gherkin (with 1 Michelin star).

After working in London he went back to Barcelona, where he worked in Hotels such as Alkimia (a 1 Michelin Star Hotel ), Igueldo, Via Venetto and SAÜC ( both with 1 Michelin star).

French cuisine has always fascinated him, which is reflected in each and every one of his recipes.

In Paris, he lived one of the most important stages of his professional career. Working in restaurants like Garance, Ze kitchen Galerie (both with 1 Michelin star).

For Jaume Oriach, cooking is not only his work, but also his passion.
