To ensure the well-being of other guests, only children over 9 years of age are welcome at Aromata Restaurant.
Our online booking system allows you to check availability, make your reservation. If the restaurant is already complete on the desired date, the calendar will appear white.
Your table will be stored up to 20 minutes after the reservation time. After this time the reservation will be considered as NO SHOW and the automatic system will release its table to yield to other diners.
At night, Aromata is transformed and wrapped up into special magic, Andreu Genestra and his team offer you a very attractive and varied proposal: “Aromata Tasting Menu”, the ‘Sentits‘ Menu, the ‘Natura‘ menu (vegetarian), and à la carte.
A taste sampling menu which we combine with wines from our wine cellar in a unique atmosphere in a stately Majorcan courtyard from the XVII century.
The Aromata tasting menu is served: Tuesday to Saturday evenings

We want to bring the best of high quality gastronomy to everyone. This is our aim, this is why every midday we offer a menu which has the best products with this product we are able to travel all over the island.
Midday Aromata Menu it’s only served from Tuesday to Friday (except holidays).
Inaugurated in 2014 by the Mallorcan chef Andreu Genestra, awarded with a Michelin star, Aromata is located in the historic Sa Nostra Cultural Center in Palma, a few steps from Paseo del Borne and Avenida Jaume III.
